What Do We Do
UK PropM Consultancy offers expert advice and guidance to tenants who live under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy in England and Wales, to guide and educate you throughout your tenancy, so we can help protect you from unfair treatment from landlords and agents.

We do this by studying your specific tenancy agreement to ensure any changes made are in line with your contract, keeping you informed of your rights as tenants, and by helping you navigate the difficulties you may face with your landlord or agent.

With minimal aide widely available to help tenants, we look to change this by advising you on what to do when things come up, so we can ensure your experience with your landlord or agent is transparent and beneficial to you both!

Our fees are £40PCM [weekdays only] or £70PCM [weekdays and weekends].
We have no hidden fees!
